  • FACTS

  • Donating blood is almost painless as thin and sharp needles being used in latest model blood bags for pricking. You will hardly feel a thing
  • Only 8 to 12% of your blood is taken and your blood volume will be back to normal in about 24 hours.
  • Donating blood is completely safe! All equipments used is sterile, disposable and used only once.
  • After blood donation, you can continue to do most of things you would normally do! However, you should resume vigorous activities only the next day.
  • The entire process, including rest time takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • There are no restrictions on smokers to donate blood.
  • Donor are eligible to donate blood after 6 months of tattooing.
